In the past five years, Brian has successfully translated this expertise into the food and beverage sector in North America. As the founder of Harvest Global, he leads a dynamic team specializing in marketing, sourcing, brokerage, and financing helping both top-tier luxury brands and emerging names break into North American supermarkets and high-end department stores. From strategy to execution, Brian delivers tailored market entry plans that generate measurable impact and long-term brand value.

After successfully leading the company through its acquisition, Karm now runs Paper Plane Agency, a fractional marketing and creative consultancy, and invests in early-stage companies at the intersection of media, consumer products, and culture, bringing his proven experience in brand building, growth, and storytelling to the next generation of founders.
